1. Information processed

The app processes information locally to provide its features, including:

• Workout settings, goals, level, history, feedback, and progress statistics.
• App preferences such as sound, haptic cues, and workout choices.
• Technical information required by the operating system to run the app.
• Symptom responses and workout feedback that you choose to enter, such as pain, pressure, numbness, or difficulty relaxing.

The current release does not use an account system or cloud sync. We do not intentionally collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or locally stored workout information on our servers.

2. How information is used

• To generate and guide workouts.
• To save progress and preferences on your device.
• To show local workout history and statistics.
• To adapt exercise difficulty and provide safety-focused recovery guidance.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

3. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal data. The current release does not use third-party advertising, analytics, social login, or cloud-sync SDKs. The app does not include a third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Your device or app store provider may independently process diagnostics under its own privacy terms. If online services are introduced later, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated before they are released.

4. App permissions

• Internet and network state — to support public policy or support resources. The current release does not upload workout or symptom information.
• Modify audio settings — to provide workout audio cues.
• Vibration — to provide optional haptic workout cues.

The current release does not require microphone, storage, overlay, or location permissions.

5. Retention and deletion

Workout data remains on your device until you use Delete all local data in Settings, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Because the current release has no cloud account, there is no server account to delete. Android cloud backup is disabled for PelvicFit data.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact us if you have a privacy question or request.

7. Health and wellness notice

PelvicFit Kegel Trainer is a general wellness and fitness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, or treatment. Stop exercising and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you experience pain, numbness, worsening symptoms, or unusual discomfort.

8. Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children. The current release does not knowingly collect personal data from children through accounts or online services.

9. Security and policy changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
